YEREVAN, APRIL 24, ARTSAKHPRESS. 108 years after the Armenian Genocide, the Armenian people continue to be victims of the genocidal policy, and now in Nagorno-Karabakh, Ambassador-at-large Edmon Marukyan has said.
“108 years after the Armenian Genocide, the Armenian people continue to be victims of the genocidal policy, and now in Nagorno-Karabakh – in the context of the ethnic cleansing policy implemented by Azerbaijan. Simply, it’s the 21st century, the post-World War II world with all its institutions and legal-political mechanisms, which are supposed to prevent the impending disaster in Nagorno Karabakh and imply international adverse consequences for the Azerbaijan’s leadership,” he tweeted on April 24, the Armenian Genocide Commemoration Day.
