STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 24, ARTSAKHPRESS. The Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) authorities announced that a national rally will take place on December 25 in Stepanakert city’s Renaissance Square.
The rally will start at 14:00, the official Information Center of Artsakh reported.
