STEPANAKERT, MARCH 30, ARTSAKHPRESS. Azerbaijan opened fire on a civilian in Nagorno Karabakh for the third time on March 30.
The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Ministry of Internal Affairs said that Azerbaijani troops stationed in a combat outpost adjacent to the Berdashen village opened small arms fire on a 29-year-old farmer, Hayk Zargaryan, while he was carrying out agricultural work on his tractor in the village.
The agricultural work was suspended and authorities notified the Russian peacekeepers on the shooting.
