STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 29, ARTSAKHPRESS. The government of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) imposed restrictions on restaurants and other eatery businesses given the shortage of food resulting from the Azerbaijani blockade.
The restrictions will take effect 13:00, December 29.
