YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 2, ARTSAKHPRESS. President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan appointed Vahram Dumanyan as his advisor.
The appointment decree was published by the presidency.
Dumanyan was the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport from 2020 until his resignation in December 2022.
