STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 11, ARTSAKHPRESS. The President of Nagorno Karabakh Arayik Harutyunyan appointed several new Cabinet ministers, the Presidential Office announced in a press release.
The First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Office Srbuhi Arzumanyan was appointed Minister of Justice.
Aram Sargsyan was appointed Minister of Urban Development.
Armen Mangasaryan, who was serving as Chairperson of the Housing Committee, was appointed Minister of Social Development and Migration. The Deputy Chairperson of the Housing Committee Inna Ishkhanyan will serve as interim Chairperson.
As reported earlier, Sergey Ghazaryan was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, replacing Davit Babayan, who was serving in a caretaker capacity.
