YEREVAN, DECEMBER 24, ARTSAKHPRESS. Russian President Vladimir Putin held a phone call with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the Kremlin reported.
“During the call certain issues of practical implementation of trilateral agreements between the Russian, Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders were addressed, particularly pertaining to ensuring security on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border,” the Kremlin said in a readout.
