MAY 31, ARTSAKHPRESS. Russian peacekeepers have again recorded a ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan in the Martakert region of Nagorno-Karabakh, ARTSAKHPRESS.reports, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation informed.
“There are no victims. The command of the Russian peacekeeping force is conducting an investigation with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides regarding the incident,” reads the message.
