Ambassadorial debriefing held in Jermuk, Lachin Corridor blockade discussed

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 23, ARTSAKHPRESS. Armenia’s Ambassadors from around the world gathered in the town of Jermuk December 20-21 for a meeting chaired by the Foreign Ministry Central Apparatus high-ranking officials.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended the meeting on December 20. The Prime Minister spoke about the foreign policy priorities, existing challenges and possibilities for withstanding them, and expectations from diplomats in the current conditions. A Q&A was also held.

Afterwards, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan chaired a discussion on the processes of normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the Azerbaijani blockade of Lachin Corridor, border security and delimitation, unblocking of economic and transport infrastructures in the region, the Armenia-Turkey normalization and other foreign policy issues.

FM Mirzoyan issued relevant instructions on further work.
