YEREVAN, JANUARY 5, ARTSAKHPRESS. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government agencies of Armenia are in permanent contact with various international organizations for addressing the issues resulting from the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno Karabakh, the Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Vahan Hunanyan said in response to a query from Radar Armenia news agency.
Question: During the past few days various representatives of the civil society have been calling for requesting the UN World Food Programme to provide help to the Armenians of Artsakh. Has the Foreign Ministry taken any actions?
Answer: Since the very first day of the unlawful blockade of the Lachin Corridor by Azerbaijan the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other government agencies of Armenia have maintained permanent contact with various international organizations for addressing the issues resulting from the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno Karabakh.
