Coordinated character of Azerbaijani actions, including preceding incidents targeting civilian population and critical infrastructure, are yet another evidence that the blockade of Lachin Corridor is pre-planned operation by Azerbaijan, the Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Vahan Hunanyan said.
