YEREVAN, APRIL 24, ARTSAKHPRESS. Ambassador of Russia to Armenia Sergey Kopirkyn and military attaché Igor Shcherbakov visited the Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial on April 24 to lay a wreath and flowers in honor of the victims of the Armenian Genocide, the Russian embassy said in a statement.
“On this day, we mourn together with the Armenian people,” the Russian embassy added.
