Meanwhile, he did not say that the word “separatism” is not an international-legal term and does not have an international-legal definition of what should be understood under it. He did not say that Armenia asked for an explanation and clarification of what the application or existence of that provision means. Otherwise, the document to be signed in the future can be overloaded with wordings that have multiple interpretations, and then endlessly claim that according to the interpretation of one of the parties, the agreement has been violated,” ARMENPRESS reports, Marukyan wrote.
